As a certified menstrual cycle therapist, physiotherapist and personal trainer, I help women achieve regular, pain-free cycles. Over the past year, I’ve guided over 40 women from dreading their cycle to being symptom free and full of energy, without the use of harmful chemicals. What does the trajectory look like?

Month 1
In our 1.5-hour intake session, we’ll thoroughly explore your symptoms and concerns. You’ll gain clarity on where your complaints originate. From there, we’ll develop a customised and sustainable plan to address the root causes of your imbalance, using supplementation among other things. Two weeks later, we’ll schedule a 30-minute follow-up call to check in and see if you need any additional support.
This month, we’ll focus on establishing a hormone-friendly routine and embracing cyclical living. This foundation will be essential for the months ahead.

Month 2
In our one-hour consultation, we'll discuss your progress and reflect on the past month. We'll reassess the plan and make any necessary adjustments. If you’ve already integrated the advice from our previous session, I’ll share additional information and new tips to help you continue moving toward your health goals.
This month, we’ll focus on nutrition and its impact on hormone health. By understanding the role of the three macros, you'll know how to alleviate your symptoms by making better dietary choices.

Month 3
In our one-hour consultation, we will review your progress and ensure that everything we’ve covered so far is clear. By now, you should have a strong understanding of hormone-healing habits and a solid foundation to build upon. The foundation will be even stronger if you’ve been able to engage with the corresponding modules in the online academy.
This month, we’ll put our focus on strength training and the nervous system, which is a turning point for most women. By calming and "resetting" the nervous system, your body can enter a rest-and-digest state, the only state in which true healing can occur.

Month 4
During the one-hour consultation we will focus on integration. We’ll discuss your achievements, challenges, and any key learnings from the previous months. This might include what strategies worked, what didn’t, and how you felt during this journey. We'll identify insights you’ve gained and how they can inform your future decisions. Based on your reflections, we’ll create a sustainable plan for the future.
Everyone’s healing journey is unique. While some women may be completely symptom-free after four months, others may experience improvements but still need to follow up on the advice for longer. However, by the end of the trajectory you will know exactly what your body needs and how to achieve you goals.

Q&A
I have tried other forms of therapy before and nothing has worked so far, why would this be any different? The tricky thing about hormones is that they influence nearly every process in the body, which means that simply purchasing a supplement or tweaking your diet isn’t enough to solve your symptoms. I often encounter therapists who focus solely on nutrition and supplements, overlooking other critical factors like training, movement, nervous system health, pelvic blood flow, cyclical living, stress management, lifestyle choices, and sleep. This inspired me to create the online academy, where you can explore these essential topics, understand their impact on your hormones, and discover practical strategies to tackle your symptoms in a very holistic way.
In what forms is your approach different from other therapists? I combine my knowledge as a menstrual cycle therapist, physiotherapist and personal trainer to tackle your symptoms in a holistic way. This trajectory is very complete, and for a reason, as solely working on one aspect of your health won’t help. Just as it didn’t help for me. Restoring balance in the body is complex, and that’s why it took me so long to heal. I was always looking for one miracle product or hack, until I realised that that doesn't exist. The key is to approach the imbalance in a broader way and restore balance in multiple systems in the body. By creating this trajectory I have been able to help over 40 women in the last year to get rid of their symptoms.

Will I be completely symptom-free but the end of the 4 months? Everyone’s healing journey is unique. While some women may be completely symptom-free after four months, others may experience improvements but still need to follow up on the advice for longer. This varies from person to person and on the severity of your symptoms. However, by the end of the trajectory you will know exactly what your body needs and how to achieve you goals.
Is this trajectory covered by my insurance? If you have a Dutch insurance provider, it won't be covered. I'm not familiar with the specifics for other countries, but it's always worth a try to check.
Is the price including VAT? Yes, it includes 21% VAT.
Does the price of the trajectory include the additional testing? No, it does not. However, we can discuss whether additional testing is recommended and identify the most cost-effective options. For those in the Netherlands, testing can be conducted through a private lab that I work with. If you reside in another country, we can explore available options for you.
How expensive is the additional testing? It can range from 40 to 260 euros. Keep in mind that this testing is optional and enhances your experience but is not essential.
Is it possible to pay for the trajectory in instalments? If you're facing financial challenges, we can explore your options during our call.
When and how do I pay? I will send you an invoice before the intake to secure your spot.
